Deal it
Type the two hands — A K Q J T for the honours, 9 to 2 for the spots you mean, x for any small card. The cards you name are the cards you play.
A holding whose target is certain with correct play has no page in the reference table, since there is nothing to weigh — but there can still be plenty to find. QTxx opposite AK9xx for five is picked up whichever hand holds all four, and cashing from the top makes it only half the time.
