What to include

The email address your account is registered with, and — for a billing question — the date and amount of the charge. We aim to reply within two working days.

What never to send

Your password, and never the full number of a card. Nobody here will ask you for either, and an email asking you for one did not come from us — the payment details are held by Paddle, our payment provider, and are not something this end can see or needs. For a charge, the date and the amount are enough to find it; the last four digits are enough to tell two cards apart.

Reporting something broken

If something went wrong at the table, the address bar is the most useful thing you can send: the link to the game, the board number, and roughly when it happened. Every board is stored with its auction and all four hands, so with those three things the deal can be replayed exactly as you saw it — which is usually the difference between a bug that gets fixed this week and one that cannot be reproduced at all.

Suspected cheating or an abusive player goes to the same address. Say which game and which seat; the boards are already there to be read.

Postal address

To be completed: the registered business address in Singapore, once the sole proprietorship is registered. It will be a rented business address — BridgeArena is run from home, and a residential address does not go on a public page.

Until then, email reaches us faster than post would. If you need a postal address for a formal notice, ask at support@bridgearena.net and we will give you one.
